Delivery Terms

Methods for receiving orders placed in our webshop include:

- In person: at our specialized store located at 1105 Budapest, Gergely utca 3-9.   Opening hours are Monday to Thursday 07:30-16:30, Friday 07:30-14:00.  We are closed on weekends.    Both cash and card payments are accepted for in-person pickups.- Via GLS 24-hour courier service (to address or pick-up point):   For orders placed by 14:30 Monday to Thursday, and by 12:30 on Friday, your package will be handed over to the courier service on the same day, who will deliver it to you on the next business day.    Orders received after 14:30 (or 12:30 on Friday) will be processed and handed over to the GLS courier only on the next business day.

Delivered to GLS Pick-up Point:

   The webshop provides specific information regarding GLS home delivery costs during the order process. Shipping costs depend on the package weight. These are detailed below.

Cash on Delivery (COD): If you choose delivery by GLS or MPL courier and select the COD payment method, in addition to the shipping cost, you must also pay a NET COD fee, which amounts to 9.5 percent of the net cart value.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR GLS COURIER DELIVERY (Available for in-person pickup only at our stores)

The GLS Courier Service excludes certain types of goods from its deliverable items. Therefore, if you wish to purchase such items from our webshop, you can only do so through in-person pickup. The complete list of excluded items can be found in the GLS General Business Conditions. - Via MPL courier service (to address or pick-up point):    For placed orders, your package will be handed over to the postal network within 3 business days.    The webshop provides specific information regarding MPL shipping costs during the order process. Shipping costs depend on the package weight. These are detailed below.
