Shipping
Methods for receiving orders placed in our webshop are:
In person: at our specialist store located at 1105 Budapest, Gergely utca 3-9.
Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 16:30, and Friday from 07:30 to 14:00. We are closed on weekends.
Both cash and credit card payments are accepted for in-person pickups.
Via GLS 24-hour courier service (to address or pickup point):
For orders placed by 14:30 from Monday to Thursday, and by 12:30 on Friday, your package will be dispatched to the courier service on the same day for delivery on the next business day.
Orders received after 14:30, or after 12:30 on Fridays, will be processed and handed over to the GLS courier on the next business day.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
If you opt for delivery via GLS or MPL courier service with a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, a NET COD fee will be applied in addition to the shipping cost, amounting to 9.5 percent of the net cart value.
PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM GLS COURIER DELIVERY (Available for in-store pickup only)
The GLS Courier Service excludes certain categories of goods from its deliverable items. Consequently, if you wish to purchase items falling within these categories from our webshop, they are available exclusively for in-person pickup.

Via MPL courier service (to address or pickup point):
For placed orders, packages will be handed over to the postal network within 3 business days
During the order process, the webshop provides specific information regarding MPL shipping costs. Shipping costs are dependent on package weight, as detailed below.
